We are looking for audio software engineers to increase their customer
support team.

Main Responsibilities

Analysing customer software and propose integration architectures for
our products
Follow-up and support of customer integrations to closure
Feedback to the system architects about our software products and their API
Acoustic feedback to customers, to improve the performance of our algorithms
Tuning of the parameters of our products, to have the best possible
performance on the customers' product
Benchmarks of competitor's products and feedback to product management
and system architects
Training customers and first line support teams about our products

Your Profile

Good knowledge in writing embedded software in C
Good knowledge of digital signal processors (TIc54, TIc55, TIc64 Real
16xx, CoolFlux, Teak) and controllers (ARM7TDMI, ARM9T, ARM9E, ARM
Xscale)
Knowledge of digital signal processing (filtering, FFT, adaptive
processing, Spectral subtraction techniques)
Knowledge in acoustics will be a plus
Fluent in English
Affinity with audio quality and audio testing
Customer oriented
Frequent travelling to (overseas) customers
